Terms of Service

White & Grace is a wedding website and planning platform operated from New Zealand. We provide couples with tools to build a public wedding website, manage their guest list, collect RSVPs, plan the day-of timeline, and save inspiration. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms.

The free plan is offered indefinitely at no cost and includes a wedding website, up to 50 guests, basic RSVPs, a starter budget, the planning checklist, and two inspiration boards.

The Day plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited guests, advanced RSVPs, unlimited boards and comparison, PDF exports, branding removal, password protection, the custom subdomain, and shared timeline links. The Day plan is a lifetime upgrade for the account that purchases it — there is no recurring fee.

The Day plan is a digital product activated immediately on payment. By completing checkout you agree that the upgrade is non-refundable once activated.

As a courtesy, we may offer a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if all of the following are true: (a) you have not published your wedding website, (b) you have not sent or collected RSVPs, and (c) you contact us in writing at hello@whiteandgrace.com during the fourteen-day window. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of everything you upload — photos, names, text, guest details, inspiration. You grant White & Grace a limited licence to store and display that content so we can run the platform on your behalf. We never sell your content or your guests' data.

Keep your sign-in details private. Don't use the platform to publish content that is illegal, harassing, infringing on others' rights, or otherwise inappropriate. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach this section.

When you publish your wedding website, the content you choose becomes publicly visible at your chosen URL. Treat guest information with care — names, emails, and dietary notes collected via RSVP belong to your guests, and you remain responsible for handling them under any applicable privacy laws.

We do our best to keep the platform online and your data backed up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages happen. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White & Grace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any direct claim is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior.

We may update these Terms occasionally — material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
