Refund Policy
The Day plan is a one-time digital purchase. Here's how refunds work.
The short version
The Day plan upgrade is non-refundable once activated. You can keep using the free plan indefinitely if you change your mind — only the paid upgrade is non-refundable.
We'll consider a courtesy refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the paid features yet (see below).
When you can request a refund
We may refund a Day plan purchase within fourteen (14) days of payment if all of the following are true:
- You have not published your wedding website
- You have not collected any RSVPs from guests
- You have not exported any PDFs or CSVs
- You have not used the share-with-venue timeline link
- You contact us in writing at hello@whiteandgrace.com within the 14-day window
Refund decisions are at our sole discretion. The intent is to be fair to couples who haven't had a chance to use what they paid for.
Special circumstances
Wedding cancelled or postponed indefinitely — get in touch. We'd rather help you transfer your account to a friend who's getting married, or hold your upgrade for a future date, than process a refund. Reach out and we'll work something out.
Account used by someone else without permission — contact us immediately. We'll investigate and act in good faith.
How to request
Email hello@whiteandgrace.com with:
- The email on your White & Grace account
- The date you upgraded
- A short reason for the refund
We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first — most issues can be resolved in a single message. Bank disputes for clearly-used digital purchases typically result in our favour, and a dispute on your record can affect future card use.
